Registered Nurse

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in nursing practices and a strong commitment to patient care. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing services including triage, case management, and diagnostic evaluation in both outpatient and hospital settings. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and triage based on medical needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes including hospice palliative medicine when applicable. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide direct patient care including administering medications, performing venipuncture, and managing medical documentation. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in case management activities to coordinate care across multiple services. Experience Current RN licensure is required. Experience in triage, outpatient care, or hospital settings is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is essential. Experience in diagnostic evaluation or case management is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are necessary.
