Machinist Opportunity

This Machinist opportunity is a temp-to-hire role with a leading aerospace manufacturer in Kent on their swing shift. The company engineers and manufactures critical components used in commercial and military aircraft worldwide.

Machinist Duties:

• Perform job shop machining using various machines to produce high-quality, close-tolerance parts and assemblies
• Complete progressive machining operations from start to finish
• Fit and assemble parts using hand tools and measuring instruments as needed
• Read and follow verbal and written instructions, blueprints, sketches, and production schedules
• Accurately complete required production paperwork and timekeeping

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift
• Monday to Thursday, 2:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

Pay: $30 - $40 per hour

Machinist Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of CNC machining experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, including basic GD&T
• Strong shop math skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be a US Citizen
