Key Responsibilities Assess and address patients' physical and psychological needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Communicate compassionately with patients and families. Oversee care provided by LPNs and CNAs, participate in clinical team meetings. Follow regulatory, hospital, and professional guidelines. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN within four years or extensive RN experience. Current RN license and BLS certification. Strong communication, manual dexterity, and physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients.
