Job Description

Site Preparation: Set up sawhorses, extension cords, compressors, scaffolding, and other necessary equipment. Site Cleanup: Remove debris and hazards; dig trenches; backfill holes; and compact earth to maintain a safe and organized worksite. Material Handling: Load, unload, transport, and position construction materials as required. Assistance to Skilled Trades: Support carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople in completing assigned tasks. Tool Operation: Safely operate hand tools (e.g., shovels, hammers) and power tools (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers). Temporary Structures: Assemble and dismantle scaffolding, bracing, and shoring systems. Safety and Traffic Control: Install barriers, direct traffic when required, and strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.
