CNC Milling and Turning Operations Technician — Express, Greensburg

From first‑piece verification to final inspection, you ensure each component meets blueprint requirements. You keep machines humming, materials flowing, and parts within spec—every time.

What the role involves

Running, setting up, and adjusting CNC machines to meet production goals
Loading material and actively monitoring machining operations
Reading blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
Measuring with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to validate quality
Making on‑the‑fly adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy
Conducting basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
Upholding a clean, safe work environment; performing other duties as assigned

Who thrives here

High school diploma or GED holders
Detail‑driven, safety‑minded, and reliably present
Operators with prior CNC machining experience
Those familiar with CNC mills, lathes, or machining centers (preferred)
People who can interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Individuals comfortable using calipers and micrometers
Plus: experience with CNC setup, programming, or G‑code
Physically able to bend, lift, twist, and crouch as part of daily work
