Regional Sales Manager - Services

MAU Workforce Solutions

MAU is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for our client in North Carolina. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will drive the ramp-up of sales for the asset management services and product portfolio in the U.S. market by developing demand, supporting customers, and executing sales strategies. This is a remote, direct-hire opportunity.

Required Education and Experience

Degree in electrical engineering
Approximately 10 years of professional experience in sales and/or services in the energy market
Experience within the electrical manufacturing and/or utilities industry is required

General Requirements

Technical expertise in assigned product/portfolio
Ability to handle internal and external opposition effectively
Strong capability in developing go-to-market strategies and executing marketing campaigns
Ability to perform direct sales activities with customers
Strong intrinsic motivation and self-management skills
Competency in autonomy, communication, creativity, learning, analyzing, discipline, attention to detail, responsibility, project management, and organization

Essential Functions

Execute portfolio strategy for assigned Field Service organization products in alignment with sales strategy
Drive volume ramp-up from awareness to repeat business in established markets
Develop market awareness and acceptance through sales pitches, local events, presentations, and pilot projects
Coordinate customer projects, including pilot projects and agent instruction
Initiate and contribute to specification development and implementation
Provide technical and commercial support to sales colleagues (ASM/ASE)
Collaborate on marketing materials and localized documentation with RSM
Deliver training and qualification support to sales colleagues on assigned products
Communicate market feedback to product management
Negotiate and participate in closing framework agreements with ASM/RSM
Conduct customer visits independently to achieve sales objectives and communicate activities to ASM
Define target customers and plan customer visits
Design and execute customer events
Participate in Product ThinkTanks, practice groups, and similar initiatives to integrate market feedback into business unit strategy
Collaborate on overall sales strategy development
