Supply Chain Analyst S&OE Multi-Site Planning Implementation Lead Are you an experienced supply chain planning professional who enjoys solving complex customer and operational challenges while helping organizations build better ways of working? In this role, you will lead the supply chain business effort to implement planning technology and establish integrated planning capabilities across multiple sites. You will connect business needs, planning processes, data, technology, and teams to create a more coordinated and effective supply network. What You’ll Do Lead the design and implementation of standardized planning processes and technology across multiple sites, working closely with supply chain, information technology, site teams, and implementation partners. Monitor customer orders and commitments, identify service risks, and coordinate cross-functional actions to recover at-risk and past-due orders. Lead near-term supply and execution reviews, addressing constraints related to materials, production, quality, inventory, and logistics. Oversee root-cause reviews for service failures, assign corrective actions, and partner with functional teams to reduce recurring issues. Facilitate cross-functional planning and exception reviews, ensuring clear ownership, follow-up, escalation, and visibility to leadership. Partner with demand, inventory, network, and manufacturing planning teams to balance customer needs with supply and production capabilities. Support the transition from site-based planning to an integrated multi-site planning model while ensuring effective connectivity with site-level planning and enterprise resource planning systems. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or a related field. Several years of experience in consumer products supply chain planning, customer operations, manufacturing, logistics, or integrated planning environments. Strong understanding of order fulfillment, supply planning, production, inventory, customer service, and execution processes. Experience leading structured root-cause analysis and corrective actions across multiple functions. Strong analytical skills and experience using enterprise resource planning and reporting tools; experience with JD Edwards is preferred. Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority. Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and escalation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, multi-site environment.
