Assistant Service AdvisorThe responsibilities of an Assistant Service Advisor include greeting customers, listening to their needs, and scheduling appointments as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast paced environment, and wants to build a long term career with opportunities for advancement.As an Assistant Service Advisor, you will work alongside our experienced service advisors while receiving hands on training in several key areas of our service department.You will be cross trained in:Assistant Service AdvisorCashierLoaner Vehicle CoordinatorMobile Service AdvisorThis cross training allows you to gain valuable experience throughout the service department while preparing you for future advancement opportunities.Primary responsibilities include:Greeting customers with a friendly and professional attitudeAssisting service advisors with customer communication and repair order managementScheduling appointments and coordinating vehicle repairsProcessing customer payments accuratelyCoordinating loaner vehicle reservations and returnsAssisting with Mobile Service and Pick up & Delivery scheduling and customer updatesHelping ensure an exceptional customer experience from arrival through vehicle pickupWorking closely with advisors, technicians, and management to keep operations running efficientlyQualifications include:Outstanding customer service and communication skillsPositive attitude and willingness to learnStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesComputer proficiencyValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAutomotive or dealership experience is helpful but not required.
