Full Time – St. Louis, MO, US Job Overview Great Big Game Show hosts are world‑class hospitality experts who delight each guest, anticipate their needs, and do whatever it takes to make their day. Hosts lead guests through live game‑show experiences, introducing 8‑10 minigames, providing energetic commentary, tracking points, and celebrating winners. They also ensure the studio operates smoothly and guests have a five‑star experience. Responsibilities Lead groups of 2‑14 guests through game‑show activities, delivering upbeat, conversational introductions. Introduce each minigame, add engaging commentary, track points, and award team winners. Use host software and user interface to adjust the studio environment during the show. Provide a recap of the experience in the outro. Ensure operational excellence on shift: keep studio components functioning, reset studios using setup sheets, clean games and facility, restock inventory, complete necessary reports. Use a company iPhone to record guest moments, create 30‑second highlight videos, and send them to guests. Resolve service failures promptly and graciously. Maintain a five‑star guest experience and foster memorable interactions. Qualifications Flexible availability; must work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 4–5 hour‑long shows per shift). Comfortable with public speaking for extended periods. Ability to improvise professional, age‑appropriate commentary. Proficient in reading, understanding, and memorizing host scripts. Excellent communication skills with guests. Physical ability to perform cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30‑40 lbs, and minor game repairs. Quickly reset numerous game components within specified time frames.
