Now Hiring: Food Production Associates in  Downingtown, PA!

1st Shift: Monday – Friday, Start times between 4:00 AM and 8:00 AM,  $18.00/hour
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, Start times between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, $18.25/hour

As a Food Production Associate, you will play an important role in producing high-quality food products while maintaining strict food safety, quality, and production standards.

What You'll Do

• Inspect food products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met
• Remove defective or damaged food products from the production line
• Verify packaging integrity, labels, date codes, and seals
• Pack and prepare finished food products according to production specifications
• Support machine operators and production teams to maintain efficient operations
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety procedures
• Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas
• Report safety, quality, or operational concerns to supervisors
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Cross-train in multiple production areas as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and food safety requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods during 8 to 12-hour shifts
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
• Maintain visual attention to food products and production equipment throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels, varying temperatures, and production equipment
