Number of beds: 22 (with a vertical space area for additional patients) Number of staff: approx. 50 Type of staff: o Day shift (1 CC, 5-6 nurses, 1 tech, 1 medic) o Night shift (1 CC, 5-6 nurses, 1 secretary, 1 tech/medic) Patient ratios: 1:4 Type of equipment: Phillips & GE Monitors, Level 1 Rapid Infuser EMR Meditech (EDM)

Typical hiring profile: Skill set: Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Strong IV skills- adults & pediatric Excellent communication skills Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Trauma experience, TNCC Meditech experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Cardioversion Central line placements Cardiac arrests IV insertions, EKGs, etc. (basic ER skills) Pacemaker interrogation Code Stroke protocol Code Sepsis protocol Suture/abscess set up

Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS & CPI Floating area(s): Potentially to our FSED (approximately 15 mins away) Dress code: Scrub color/attire - Teal top with black or teal bottoms Unit guidelines/policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Weekends and on call (if any): Every other weekend, at least 1 Friday & 1 Monday of a 4 week schedule. No on call required. No. of positions: 1/1. Guaranteed hours: 36 Contract weeks: 91
