Premium In-Seat Supervisor - Fenway Park

The In Seat Supervisor position is vital to achieving excellent guest service and executing game day service for the Premium In Seat department. In this role you will be responsible for training and leading hourly employees in their duties for In Seat Service. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $26.00 to $28.00. Job Responsibilities:

• Counts inventory at the start and end of the game.
• Ensures inventory is complete and ready for the game.
• Responsible for checking-in staff.
• Monitors performance of all employees within the area.
• Maintains cleanliness of In-Seat kitchen and its surroundings.
• Reports any issues or concerns to a manager when needed.
• Upholds ARAMARK standards relative to quality and service.
• Performs all other duties as required.
• Perform all job duties safely and efficiently.
• Follows all company safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to understand and follow directions from the Manager/Director.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 lb.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended time periods, up to 6 hours.
• Cross-training and work in other dining locations as needed.
• May supervise the staff and sanitation of facilities of the locations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a supervisory role and within the food industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others is essential.
• Must attend Customer Focus and Supervisor training, and any other required ARAMARK training.
• Excellent Guest Service Skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ideal candidate has a flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enjoys working in a lively environment.
• Well-groomed and professional attire (follow Aramark standards for uniform and grooming).
