Benefits Aetna major medical insurance – fully employer-paid Paid time off Dental and vision available 401(k) Requirements Current Illinois State RN License CPR Certification Previous experience in nursing or other health field Familiarity with medical software and equipment Ability to build rapport with patients Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment WellSky EMR knowledge is preferred but not required Responsibilities Complete the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes. Provide total oversight of patient from admission to discharge. Develop a plan of care based on findings. Act as patient advocate, maintain ongoing communication with physicians, referral sources, caregivers, and facility management to coordinate care. Complete all skilled nursing documentation promptly. Supervise nursing clinical care team members (LPN/LVNs & HHAs).
