Description Under general supervision cash posting specialists is responsible for posting payments, adjustments, and rejections to patient accounts in accordance with current policy and procedure. Receives and sorts mail as well as posting inter Hospital transfers and credit card payments. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required two or four year degree preferred. Experience A minimum of 1 year working as hospital cashier, clinical service cashier physician office or hospital billing and posting experience is required.
