Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an SAP WM (Warehouse Management) Lead/SME on behalf of our client in Remote location. We are looking for an experienced SAP Warehouse Management professional to support implementation, enhancement, integration, and production support initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP WM processes, configuration, troubleshooting, and cross-functional integration within complex SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP WM implementations, enhancements, and production support activities.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP WM solutions.

• Configure and optimize SAP Warehouse Management functionalities to meet operational needs.

• Manage warehouse processes including inventory control, stock movements, putaway, picking, replenishment, and physical inventory.

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution for WM-related incidents.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams to ensure seamless process integration.

• Support testing, deployment activities, and post-go-live stabilization.

• Document functional requirements, configurations, and process workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) .

• Proven expertise in SAP warehouse and inventory management processes.

• Experience with SAP WM configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Transfer Requirements (TR)

  • Transfer Orders (TO)

  • Storage Types and Storage Bins

  • Putaway and Picking Processes

  • Replenishment Management

  • Physical Inventory Processes

  • Goods Receipt and Goods Issue

  • Stock Transfers

  • Warehouse Movements

• Experience integrating SAP WM with SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) .

• Experience working within SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating SAP WM with SAP Production Planning (PP) and other logistics modules.

• Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation or migration projects.

• Prior experience serving as a Lead Consultant, SME, or Solution Lead for warehouse management initiatives.

• Exposure to end-to-end supply chain and logistics business processes.
