They collaborate with various departments to maintain quality standards.Daily Responsibilities1. Start-of-Shift Quality ReviewQuality Supervisor should review previous shift's quality issues and confirm necessary inspections.2. Production Floor Quality OversightSupervisor must monitor production for adherence to quality standards and address any concerns.3. Injection Molding Process QualityWork closely with Production and Engineering to address molding-related quality matters.4. Inspection and TestingEnsure accurate and timely inspections are conducted.5. Nonconforming Material ControlSupervisor manages nonconforming material effectively.6. Quality Technician SupervisionDirect and support Quality Technicians in their daily tasks.7. Problem Solving and Corrective ActionAddress quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.8. Scrap and Rework MonitoringReview scrap and rework activities to identify trends and make improvements.9. Mold Change and Startup QualityEnsure quality checks are completed during mold changes and machine startups.10.
