What You'll Do

Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming equipment and supplies, and preparing and shipping outgoing packages, courier items, lab materials, and mail. Ensures accuracy, organization, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Receive, inspect, and sign for incoming deliveries; accurately document receipts in systems or logs.

Prepare and ship outgoing packages, freight, and mail, including labeling, bills of lading, and coordinating carrier pickups.

Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing U.S. mail across departments and locations.

Assist with inventory tasks, including labeling, stocking, and distributing non-inventory items to appropriate departments.

Transport supplies, equipment, linens, mail, and other materials between main campus and offsite locations using a company vehicle; perform daily safety checks and maintain cleanliness.

Maintain organized workspaces and records, including filing, updating procedures, and ensuring dock and storeroom cleanliness.

Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned

Who We're Looking For

We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member who can manage shipping, receiving, and deliveries while providing excellent service across departments.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Shipping and receiving experience preferred; healthcare or materials management experience is a plus.

Valid Colorado Driver’s License with a clean driving record required

Familiarity with shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and inventory processes preferred

Ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle, including a commercial van, in accordance with state laws

Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment

Perform a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned

Pay Range: $17.50 - $23.62 /hour (based on experience)

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
