Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Inpatient and outpatient physical therapy experience required

Assignment Details

• Sunday, Monday, and Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM in acute care
• Wednesday: 9:45 AM - 6:15 PM outpatient
