We are looking for a Master Technician to help drive our success. In this hands-on, high-impact role, you'll perform advanced diagnostics and repairs, oversee shop operations, and mentor a growing team of technicians. You’ll be the cornerstone of safety and quality in our fleet—and a key voice in shaping how we scale.

What you’ll do:  

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems (drivability, electrical, HVAC, engine, drivetrain, brakes) 

• Deliver quality work that exceeds internal and customer expectations 

• Ensure all work is completed to Flexcar standards, on time and on budget 

• Train and develop new and junior technicians 

• Lead by example in safety, professionalism, and technical accuracy 

• Assist in onboarding new team members and creating a strong shop culture 

• Manage shop workflow and prioritize high-impact work 

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and supplies 

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace aligned with 5S standards 

• Collaborate with site managers on planning, scheduling, and inventory needs 

What drives success for this role:   

• 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience 

• ASE Master Technician Certification (or equivalent experience; L1 preferred) 

• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills 

• Ability to diagnose and repair gas-powered vehicles across multiple systems 

• Familiarity with shop software and the ability to use Excel and diagnostic platforms 

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed 

• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in all weather conditions
