Medical Staff Coordinator- Full Time

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Team Leader in Behavioral Health to oversee care delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and support evidence-based treatment plans. In this role, you will supervise clinicians, manage caseloads, monitor quality and safety, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with physicians, social workers, and community partners to optimize patient outcomes, lead case conferences, and mentor staff. The leader will also contribute to program development, data-driven improvements, staff training, and a culture of compassionate, patient-centered, and culturally responsive behavioral health care.
