Registered Nurse (RN) - CVICU

Registered Nurse Medical Surgical

Shift: 3x12-hour nights

Assignment Details:

• Patient ratio: 1:2
• Daily census: ~7
• Beds/rooms: 10 beds / 10 rooms

Requirements:

• State or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
• ACLS and BLS preferred
• 2 years of experience preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Experience managing ventilated patients and ventilator management
• Central line / PICC / arterial line management; hemodynamic monitoring
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Experience with ECMO/IABP and post-cardiac surgery care preferred
• EMR: Epic required

Compliance / Notes:

• Residency exclusions apply; specific counties may not be eligible
• Onboarding core items/labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
• Orientation modules to be completed onsite; RN modules ~46 hours (non-billable)
• Previous staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler
