We are seeking a part-time Client Service Associate for our fee-only financial planning firm. We are looking for someone who is as passionate about helping others succeed as we are. The perfect fit will be someone who is kind, a good communicator, a self-starter, takes pride in their work, and wants to love their job.

THE WORK

• Communicate with clients to set up meetings, assist with requests, collect and enter information, and follow up on tasks

• Maintain electronic files and client information database

• Prepare paperwork and track processing

• Suggest improvements to existing processes and help create new ones

• Pitch in on other administrative tasks and projects as needed

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel) and ability to quickly learn new technology

• Extreme attention to detail

• Extreme ownership (do the right thing, get stuff done, take responsibility, be proactive, take pride in your work)

• Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Experience maintaining files and information databases

• Experience in financial services and/or client service role
