Senior Systems Engineer

Salary: $77,000 - 117,000 per year Requirements:

• We require U.S. citizenship.
• We require an active Secret security clearance.
• We require 12+ years of relevant experience along with an MS degree.
• We require experience supporting and/or leading a collaborative team that includes Government personnel, Contractors, and Prime Developers.
• We require strong oral and written communication skills.
• Preferred: documented systems engineering expertise in the aerospace sector, with missile defense experience preferred.

• We support the Ground Systems team with systems engineering activities for Ground Support Systems.
• We provide systems and software engineering support, status briefings, technical assessments, and failure review input.
• We help guide program decisions by delivering technical analysis, recommended courses of action, and practical solutions based on evolving requirements.
• We plan, coordinate, facilitate, and execute systems engineering design and technical reviews on behalf of the government Program Office.
