The Healthcare Recruiter is to assist in the recruiting success throughout the Eden Health business lines .
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Identify and attract to healthcare talent by sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and networking events.
- Post jobs to various job board sites (e.g. Newton, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate records and streamline the recruitment flow.
- Pre-screen candidates to ensure they are suitable for the position of interest.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Participate in projects and team meetings.
- Schedule weekly calls with your hiring leaders to ensure fluid line of communication is maintained between the agency and recruitment team.
