Are you passionate about delicious, healthy treats and love working in a fast-paced, fun environment? Palm Berries Charlotte is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team! Located in the heart of Charlotte, NC, we specialize in crafting fresh, flavorful açaí bowls and smoothies that our customers adore. If you’re ready to dive into a role where you can make work as refreshing as our bowls, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Palm Berries Team Member, you’ll play a key role in creating the amazing experience our customers have come to expect. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing our signature bowls and smoothies with care and precision.
Cutting and prepping fresh fruit to keep everything looking and tasting its best.
Keeping our dishes, appliances, and equipment sparkling clean.
Supporting the day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Delivering exceptional customer service with a smile.

If you share our love for açaí bowls and smoothies, you’ll fit right in!

What We’re Looking For

We’re not asking for years of experience—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn! Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal team member:

Availability on weekday and weekend mornings.
A team-oriented mindset and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Someone who’s ready to jump in and get started as soon as possible.

Whether you’re seeking full-time, part-time, or temporary work, we have a spot for you!

Why Join Palm Berries?

At Palm Berries Charlotte, we believe in creating a fun, welcoming environment for both our team members and our customers. You’ll be part of a supportive team that’s passionate about serving up healthy, delicious treats and making every day brighter for our community.

Ready to Blend In?
