Class A Truck Driver

SemperFi Group is expanding its Amazon Freight Partner fleet in Fontana, CA, and is

hiring dependable, safety-minded Class A CDL drivers to join our team. You'll

operate late-model Amazon equipment and technology on predictable local routes

throughout Southern California - home every day, with steady, year-round freight and real advancement potential.

The Role

Drivers keep Amazon customer promises on time, every time, while representing Semper Fi

Group's safety and service standards on the road. Freight ranges from 100%

no-touch drop-and-hook to occasional live loads, on local round-trip routes of

roughly 300-500 miles originating in Fontana.

Note:

You will be employed directly by Semper Fi Group, a locally owned

transportation company and Amazon Freight Partner - not by Amazon.

Compensation and Benefits

- Starting pay of $24-$25 per hour, with overtime opportunities

Schedules Available

Overnight, evening, weekday, and weekend shifts are available. We work with drivers to

find a schedule that fits their life - flexibility is one of the reasons our

team stays.

What You'll Need

- Valid California Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL-A)

- Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience

- Minimum age 23, per FMCSA interstate carrier requirements

- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and satisfactory DAC and PSP reports

- No current CDL suspension or revocation

- Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment/random drug screening under 49 CFR Part 382

- Successful completion of a background check

- English proficiency sufficient to converse with thepublic, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports and records, per FMCSA requirements

- Comfort with GPS navigation, handheld technology, and smartphone-based delivery applications

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
