Full Time (40 hours) Flexible Schedule and work from home opportunity

*Occasional Saturday (team rotation)

What You Will Do:

Karl Auto Group is looking for someone who’s motivated, personable and ready to make an impact. This role is all about driving business through conversations — picking up the phone, connecting with customers and setting appointments that support our sales and service teams.

The Ideal Candidate Should:

· Be highly motivated and goal-oriented

· Possess strong time management skills

· Have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service

· Have a positive attitude with the desire to grow both personally and professionally

· Team oriented

· Possess the ability to use technology applicable to roll and to access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities

· Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal and written)

· Outgoing, energetic and a track record of exceeding goals

· Previous call center or sales experience preferred, but not required

·Comfortable working independently without need direction
