We design and implement security solutions that blend physical and digital safeguards, using AI and autonomous systems to anticipate and counter evolving threats. ABOUT THE JOB As Manager of Technical Security Systems Architecture, you will design, implement, and maintain advanced security systems across Anduril’s facilities and operations. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Security, you will bridge security requirements with technology solutions, ensuring the highest level of protection for assets and personnel while driving continuous system improvement. WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead the strategic planning and operational management of all physical security hardware and systems, including access control, CCTV, and visitor management. Develop and implement policies and procedures for installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security infrastructure. Conduct system audits & risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams for a cohesive approach to physical and information security. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending enhancements to security infrastructure. Provide leadership and direction to the security systems team—project oversight and performance management. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Security Management, or related field—or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in security systems infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a lead technical or supervisory role focused on design, implementation, and management of complex physical security systems (ACS, VMS, IDS). Proven expertise with major security platforms such as Genetec, LenelS2, Milestone, CCure 9000, Hirsch/Identiv, Bosch. Deep understanding of network infrastructure principles (TCP/IP, VLANs, ACLs) as they apply to security systems. Knowledge of scalable hybrid Windows architecture and IT security principles. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with cloud‑based and on‑prem access control and VMS solutions. Experience in defense, aerospace, or other secured facilities. Knowledge of NISPOM and related security regulations. Proven compliance with government regulations such as 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and ICD‑705. Familiarity with biometric authentication systems. COMPENSATION US Salary Range: $166,000 – $200,000 USD (base salary only). Equity grants and full‑time benefits are included in the total compensation package.
