AI Identity Security Engineer

Salary: $133,059.85 - 166,810 per year Requirements:

• We require a high school diploma or GED, along with eight years of related post-secondary education and/or experience in Information Security or Information Technology.
• We prefer four years of relevant DevSecOps experience.
• We prefer AWS DevOps or Azure DevOps certification.
• We value experience building and deploying cloud-native applications on platforms such as OpenShift and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• We look for experience with real-time pipeline metrics and deployment approaches such as Blue/Green and Canary releases.
• We prefer hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud technologies.
• We value experience integrating with secrets management tools such as HashiCorp Vault.

• We prefer experience using testing tools and integrating them into CI/CD workflows.

• We require proficiency in Python.

• We prefer experience in identity governance automation, IAM, or DevSecOps, with hands-on engineering experience.

• We partner with engineers and IT staff to coordinate code builds, quality and security checks, deployments, and automated testing through CI/CD release pipelines.
• We translate business needs into technology solutions.
• We model release-candidate CI/CD pipelines to define the stages needed for each application and service.
• We design and build fully automated CI/CD pipelines that support cloud deployments, including infrastructure, services, and application build and release automation.
• We ensure pipeline components follow strong software engineering practices, including automated testing and infrastructure validation.
• We research emerging technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• We implement scalable CI/CD platforms that support high change volume and rapid feedback.
• We automate operational tasks and activities.
• We respond to performance issues surfaced by alerts and incidents affecting CI/CD platforms.
• We build tools that reduce errors and improve customer experience.
• We help troubleshoot production issues and ensure the pipeline and infrastructure generate clear documentation and metrics for root cause analysis.
• We develop and test Ansible playbooks, Terraform scripts, and Packer scripts, and help establish immutable infrastructure.
• We work with Enterprise Architecture, InfoSec, Software Delivery, and Quality Assurance to support complete cloud migration automation.
• We ensure compliance with risk management programs, rules, regulations, cybersecurity practices, and disciplined change management.
• We design and enforce scalable authorization models for AI agents and non-human identities across AWS and multi-cloud environments.
• We define identity patterns for agents and workloads across their full lifecycle.
• We build automated guardrails for provisioning, privilege management, and runtime access using CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and reusable frameworks.
• We establish enterprise standards for non-human identity governance, including lifecycle controls, auditability, and policy enforcement.
• We partner with platform and engineering teams to embed identity controls into agent frameworks, SDKs, and deployment pipelines.
• We apply engineering practices in Python, Java, and PowerShell to integrate systems through REST APIs and modern authentication protocols.
• We work with AWS IAM, Azure/Entra ID, and SailPoint integrations.
