Mortgage Loan Officer

Pay Rate: $23/hr on W2 (No Benefits / No PTO) Duration: 5+ Months Contract Key Responsibilities Monitor loan pipelines to ensure critical documents are received on time for disbursement Communicate with local offices, notaries, and signing providers for document collection Conduct compliance reviews to verify documentation accuracy and completeness Support operational processes and ensure error-free work delivery Handle original documents and maintain compliance procedures Required Skills Knowledge of mortgage recording requirements Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines Self-motivated with strong organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Integration International Inc.
