Represent the company in all investor, owner and owner representative reporting, meetings and relations. Travel as required. Qualifications Must obtain real estate license within 6 months of assuming the role Experience in multi‑family property management Prefer 2‑4 years experience as a Regional Manager Proven leadership skills Experience managing 3rd‑party client relationships Strong financial background Must be able to travel as needed Lease‑up experience preferred but not required Certification or designation from an accredited organization (ARM, CAM, CAPS, CPM, etc.) Salary and Benefits Salary range: $135,000 – $150,000 per year. Competitive compensation package includes 401(k) match, rental incentive, renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts. Full‑time employees (30–40 hours per week) eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual provided in accordance with law.
