RN OR (Per Diem Days)The RN provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. BSN preferred.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in acute care specialty nursing. One (1) to three (3) years of operating room experience required.Skills: Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills Ability to function effectively in high stress, fast paced environments Leads Universal Protocol / Time Out Maintains continuous patient advocacy while the patient is anesthetized Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Compassion, resilience, and adaptabilityLicense / Certification: Current FL state nursing license. Specialty certification preferred.
