Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Type Full-time Benefits Paid time off (PTO) Accrual from day one- ALL EMPLOYEES Benefit package for full-time employees (30+ hours per week) Opportunities for growth and promotion Flexible schedule 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Professional development assistance (CEU's) Referral program Social Media program Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Conduct assessments Provide training to parents and staff Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA Maintain records and documentation Attend professional development activities Supervision of RBTs The BCBA will have the opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles. Qualifications Master's degree in ABA or related field BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA Strong understanding of ABA principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work flexible hours Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Salary Full Time- Commensurate with experience.
