Position Overview As Lead Bartender, you are both artisan and host. You curate handcrafted cocktails, guide guests through a thoughtful spirits selection, and deliver seamless, luxury-level service in an atmosphere of timeless elegance. From classic European aperitifs to innovative seasonal creations, every cocktail must reflect balance, precision, and beauty. Key Responsibilities Prepare and present handcrafted cocktails with consistency and artistry Demonstrate strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern techniques, and premium spirits Engage guests with warmth, sophistication, and confidence Maintain immaculate bar presentation and organization Manage bar inventory, prep, and par levels with attention to detail Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences Anticipate guest preferences and deliver intuitive five‑star service Adhere to all safety and responsible alcohol service standards Be a story teller Qualifications 4+ years of lead bartending experience in upscale or fine dining environments preferred Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail craftsmanship Experience with classic cocktail techniques (stirred, shaken, smoked, infused, etc.) Polished appearance and professional demeanor Ability to remain composed and precise during high-volume service Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays Inventory Management and POS Integration experience At Wilhelm und Werner, the bar is a stage for craftsmanship and connection.
