responsibilities:

• Execute sterile filtration, aseptic filling, material handling, and formulation operations according to strict procedures.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing systems and equipment.
• Perform weight/dispense, solution preparation, autoclave operations, and visual inspections.
• Ensure absolute compliance with cGMP requirements, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and data integrity standards.
• Assist with equipment qualification, validations, and deviation investigations to drive continuous improvement.

qualifications:
Required:

• 2+ years of experience in GMP manufacturing or related technical environments.
• Proven ability to gown up and work comfortably in classified cleanroom environments.
• Strong equipment troubleshooting skills and meticulous documentation practices.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Full flexibility to work a 12-hour 2-2-3 day shift schedule post-training.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
