Client Services Representative - Entry-Level

We are seeking a motivated and personable

Client Services Representative

to join our growing event marketing team. This entry-level position is focused on building strong client relationships, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and customers. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and representing brands in a professional and engaging manner. Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients and provide professional, responsive customer service.

Serve as a point of contact for client questions, updates, and requests.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.

Represent client brands at promotional events, activations, and marketing campaigns.

Communicate product, service, and campaign information clearly and confidently.

Assist with event preparation, coordination, and execution.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, campaign updates, and event details.

Gather customer and client feedback and communicate relevant information to management.

Resolve routine questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.

Support additional client service and marketing initiatives as needed.
