This includes capturing photos and videos of the community, amenities, resident events, model homes, and lifestyle moments that showcase the property in a positive and on-brand way. Leasing Professionals are responsible for using social media efforts to help drive traffic, generate qualified leads, and create interest in the community through consistent posting, timely engagement, and authentic online interaction.Responsibilities also include responding to comments and inquiries as directed, promoting specials, events, and availability, identifying content opportunities, and collaborating with management and the marketing team on campaigns and brand initiatives. Team members may be asked to appear in or assist with videos, tours, and other digital content that supports leasing goals.Social media participation is considered a core function of the Leasing Professional role and is a measurable contributor to brand awareness, prospect engagement, lead generation, and overall leasing success.Your "Day to Day" at American Landmark as a Leasing Agent:Conduct apartment tours with prospective residentsComplete leasing agent documents and collect rental depositsResponsible for ensuring the "model" apartments are ready to be shownUnderstanding of lease terms, specifications, and all community policiesKnowledge of leasing agent sales and closing techniquesKnowledge of the current marketKnowledge of current pricing and amenities that your community has to offerMaintain contact with all apartment locator services and local businesses to keep your community relevant and competitiveShop local competitor communitiesDevelop full knowledge of application information required, screening processes and policies regarding rentalsResponsible for conducting out-reach marketing at least once per weekDevelop and maintain an on-going resident retention program, encouraging current residents to renew their leaseResponsible for the organization of all resident and property filesHandle resident requests and complaints appropriatelyContribute towards the collection of delinquent rentsQualifying Accomplishments of Leasing Agent:A college degree is helpful but not requiredLeasing experience also helps, but is not requiredKnowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site preferredBi-lingual helpsWhat American Landmark Offers You:Market competitive salaryComprehensive insurance coverage to include Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, Long and Short-Term DisabilityThree weeks' paid vacation per yearIndustry competitive bonus structure to include move-ins and renewal poolEducation/Tuition Reimbursement401K Retirement Plan w/ 4% match30% rent discounted apartmentCell phone allowanceBackground screening and a drug test requiredWe are an equal opportunity employer.
