Job Description Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure in VMware environments Manage Active Directory users, groups, and Group Policy Objects Implement and enforce endpoint security policies and configurations Install, configure, and remove hardware and software solutions Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal users Monitor application performance and perform application maintenance Execute backup, restore, and system maintenance procedures Automate routine administrative functions using PowerShell and standard tools Support endpoint vulnerability management and resolve security events Administer MDM platforms including Google and SOTI Support deployment and integration of new Operational Technologies and manufacturing equipment Assess, document, and implement technology changes Investigate and resolve escalated incidents while ensuring proper documentation Analyze incident trends and contribute to continuous service improvement Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business partners to deliver secure technology solutions We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
