Location: 7280 Union Centre Blvd, West Chester, OH 45014 Work Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday Competitive Compensation
Dixon Bayco, a proud division of The Dixon Group is seeking a dedicated Electrical Assembler to join our team in West Chester, OH! What You'll Do:
- Assemble electrical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Test electrical components for functionality and safety compliance.
- Solder and connect wiring in electronic devices or equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards during assembly and testing.
- Document and track assembly progress and report any issues to supervisors
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in electrical assembly or similar work is a plus but not required. We provide full training.
- Proficient with electrical hand tools and machinery (e.g., soldering irons, wire strippers, multimeters).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
