Automotive Service Advisor | $55K-$100K+ Earning Potential Location: Joplin, MO Schedule: Monday to Friday Pay Type: 100% Commission Earning Potential: $55,000-$100,000+ (based on productivity) Introduction We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Joplin, Missouri. This opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused professional who excels in sales, communication, and delivering an outstanding service experience. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience; independent repair shop experience preferred. Proven sales ability with a strong history of achieving high Average Repair Orders (ARO). Experience writing estimates and selling automotive repair and maintenance services. Familiarity with parts ordering, cores, and defective parts processing. Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficient with computers, phones, and service management software. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong math skills for accurate estimating and pricing. Professional, ethical, and team-oriented attitude. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
