Title
Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health

Schedule
Shift: 7P-7A
FTE: 0.9 (3x12-hour shifts)
Every other weekend and every other holiday required.

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements
- Ohio RN license required.
- BLS certification required.
- Prior Behavioral Health experience preferred.
- CPI training preferred.
- Epic EMR and Pyxis competency required.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and assessments in an inpatient Behavioral Health setting.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition.
- Administer medications and provide treatments as prescribed.
- Serve in a charge role as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care discussions.

Compliance / Notes
- Requests for Time Off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission.
- The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per contract.
