Responsibilities Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals for telehealth and in‑patient patients. Lead clinic staff, modeling professional behaviors and ensuring excellent patient care. Perform duties outlined in the SCRIBE job description. Review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and medications; ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses. Engage with clinical leadership and management to resolve patient care concerns and uphold company values. Ensure accurate completion of patient charts and timely submission. Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians. Analyze and interpret patient histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual therapeutic recommendations, focusing on patient‑centric care, safety, cost, and reliable information. Operate in compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA and other health information management issues. Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment for both in‑patient clinic and virtual settings. Pursue queues of telehealth patients in a timely fashion to ensure proper follow‑up. Order, perform, or interpret results of diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on ongoing treatment. Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training. Complete all mandatory compliance training and uphold company standards of operation. Maintain a respectful culture of confidentiality among employees, clients, and business. Consult with patients through virtual communication channels. Proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician. Support onboarding and training of new employees. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Ancillary Provider Requirements Responsible for on‑call duties periodically throughout the year. Experience Levels Level 1: New graduate with up to 1 year of experience in nursing or PA. Level 2: 1–5 years of experience. Level 3: 5–10 years of experience. Level 4: Over 10 years of experience. Education Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS). Strong preference for candidates with experience in Urgent Care, occupational medical facility, ER, trauma unit, or family medical practice. Licensing and Certification Active state license and DEA; for certain states, DEA within 120 days of meeting minimum practice years. Ability to treat all ages and meet credentialing requirements; DOT certification required for full‑time and part‑time providers within 120 days of employment.
