What you will do:- Develop and execute social media strategies to engage and grow communities.
- Create and curate social media content, monitor conversations, and respond to comments.
- Analyze metrics and adjust strategies for optimal engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams for consistent messaging and brand voice.
- Identify and engage with influencers and advocates to build brand awareness and loyalty.
- Plan and execute online events to build community engagement.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- +3 years of experience in social media management.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends, and proficiency in management tools.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
