Benefits Package Competitive Compensation – first year annual compensation of $55,011, based on an hourly rate of $21.59 plus applicable overtime, with an average 46‑hour work week. Responsibilities Learn the business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the operational expert behind the scenes. Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands‑on learning environment. Build community relationships essential to building your own business. Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Always put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 6 months of experience in one of the following: Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry. Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations. A valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years. No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years. Authorized to work in the United States and not requiring sponsorship now or in the future. At least 18 years old.
