Sam's Club #6381 751 W Main St Lewisville, TX 75067-3513 Position Summary Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. Responsibilities Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and correcting or reporting unsafe situations to Management. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet Member needs. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other partners, identifying priorities, deadlines and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities while adapting to change. Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services. Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity, implements action plans, and supports Walmart’s culture of belonging and integrity. Benefits

Live Better U is a company‑paid education benefit program for full‑time and part‑time associates. The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
