Upcoming expansion (late 2024/early 2025): This is an estimate and hours and shifts may vary slightly./pulliMonday Friday: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM/liliSaturday: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM/liliTwo 8-hour shifts:/liulliMorning: 6:30 AM 3:00 PM/liliEvening: 11:30 AM 8:00 PM/li/ul/ulpWhat youll do:/pulliYoull be cross trained in multiple areas of the center, contributing to the donor experience from start to finish./liliConduct donor eligibility screenings including physical exams, medical history reviews, vital signs, and lab testing to ensure donor suitability./liliRespond to donor reactions and manage follow-up, including counseling for deferrals, handling post donation information (PDI), and coordinating with medical leadership as needed./liliMaintain accurate medical records and active licensure, ensuring all assessments meet regulatory, company, and safety standards./liliComplete cross-functional training in donor registration, screening, collection, and processing within 90120 days to support center operations./liliDemonstrate reliability and professionalism through consistent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to center schedules./liliContribute to a positive team culture by modeling accountability, safety, and ImmunoTeks EPIC values in all aspects of daily work./liliEnsure compliance with all regulatory and company standards while maintaining confidentiality, data accuracy, and integrity in the electronic donor management system./liliStay current with all policies and procedures, adapting to updates as needed./li/ulpCareer progression ladder and advancement opportunities:/ppWere committed to growing our team from within. Our licensed medical specialist role includes a structured, three-tiered advancement path for PMDs and EMTs:/pulliLevel I: Entry-level role under supervision with certification in donor eligibility assessments, medical screening, plasma/blood collection, and plasma processing procedures./liliLevel II: Fully certified in registration, screening, collections, and processing. Achievable within 5 months./liliLevel III: Acts as a designated trainer and peer leader, supporting training, troubleshooting, and team development./li/ulpProgression is based on certification, competency, and performancenot tenure.
