We don’t just "hang mirrors." We provide high-end, precision installations for the finest homes in Richmond. We are looking for an experienced Frameless Shower door Installer who views their work as a craft and takes pride in an accurate finish.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Installation of frameless shower doors (3/8" and 1/2"), custom shelving, and large-scale mirrors.
- Ensuring every project is "First-Time Complete" by verifying site readiness and structural backing.
- Communicating professionally with homeowners to explain installation details and maintain a clean job site.
- Mentoring an apprentice/helper to maintain CIP’s high standard of excellence.
The Requirements:
- You are organized, punctual, and keep a clean truck.
- You can "see" the finished product and anticipate layout issues before they happen.
- You are a wizard with a tape measure (down to the 1/16").
- Clean Driving Record: Safety is non-negotiable.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in glass, high-end trim carpentry, or precision remodeling is highly preferred.
