Office Assistant

Job Full Description

We are looking for an Office Assistant that provides administrative and clerical support to help an office run smoothly. They handle daily office tasks, assist staff and customers, and maintain organized records and communication.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • File, organize, and maintain records and documents
  • Prepare reports, letters, and spreadsheets
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist with data entry and bookkeeping tasks
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support managers and staff with administrative tasks
Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
