Responsabilidades
- Construir relaciones duraderas y crear clientes para toda la vida
- Ser la persona de referencia para nuestros clientes, en quien puedan confiar
- Ayudar a los clientes a seleccionar vehículos haciendo preguntas y escuchando sus necesidades
- Convertirse en un experto en productos: conocer los detalles de nuestras ofertas, paquetes y la tecnología más reciente
- Ofrecer demostraciones profesionales y de alta calidad de vehículos nuevos y usados
- Dar seguimiento a los compradores para fomentar referencias y negocios repetidos
- Aprender a superar objeciones y sobresalir en situaciones de ventas
- Reportar directamente al Gerente de Ventas sobre objetivos, actividades y desempeño
- Llevar una actitud positiva y dar lo mejor de sí todos los días
- Usar plataformas de redes sociales (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) para interactuar con los clientes, mostrar inventario y promover eventos del concesionario
- Crear y compartir contenido simple y atractivo que refleje nuestra marca y atraiga a posibles compradores
Requisitos
- Capacidad para trabajar horas flexibles, incluidos fines de semana cuando sea necesario
- Deseo de aprender y dominar el conocimiento del producto
- Capacidad para recibir críticas constructivas y seguir instrucciones para expandir tu crecimiento
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales
- Apariencia y comportamiento profesional
- Historial de manejo limpio
- Debe completar una encuesta de preselección para calificar
- Puntual y confiable
- Conocimientos básicos de interacción en redes sociales (publicación de fotos/videos, redacción de leyendas, respuesta a comentarios)
- Comodidad para interactuar con los clientes en línea de manera amigable y profesional
