Functional Family Therapy Clinical TherapistWe are seeking highly motivated and compassionate clinical therapists to join our Functional Family Therapy team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. Must live within an hour of the specified territory (Concord, CA).Position Description:Deliver individualized therapy to families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach.Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques.Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability.Be an integral part of a team-oriented environment.Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this classification.
